I have a few questions about Kaitou Kid (a character from "Detective Conan" and "Magic Kaito") and his fear of fish.

1. What episode(s) and/or manga volume(s)/chapter(s) from either Detective Conan or Magic Kaito show that Kaitou Kid has a fear of fish?

2. What kind of fear is it, exactly? Is afraid of being near fish, being in water with fish, eating fish, or maybe some combination of these?

3. Is Conan (Shinichi/Jimmy) aware of Kid's fear of fish? And do any other characters know about it?
