I have been playing WoW for years and you need to pick up a great WoW Leveing guide soon. You will have more fun and be able to play longer. Before you know it you will be up at level 60 or even higher. Please check out the link below for a great guide for Horde AND Alliance characters!
The best way to level is to just keep questing, im sorry, but the best way to level is to get experience, i have gotten all my chars past 20, and also, dont just quit if you cant get them past 10, your not even experiencing the good spells yet.
level 20 is where the good stuff starts ^-^.

best leveling guide is a guild – really. people ingame who can help you out.
Also bookmark either allahkazam or thottbot, great quest help there.
As far as guides go, don’t pay for a guide, they’re going to be the same basic things as the free ones. Depending on whether you are alliance or horde i know some good ones. After your first character you will probably never need a guide again.
if you have to pay pick one of these, they are by FAR the best. i think i have the horde one on another computer.

If you find people in game though its much more helpful in my opinion. I currently play on the server The Forgotten Coast, current main 66 rogue.
