Can my windows vista run age of conan?

I have a windows vista with a geforce 5600 ghrapics card im looking to buy a new one that can run age of conan decently and spend 100$ or less any ideas

vista doesn’t matter just make sure you max your RAM and i was running conan fine on a 7600 GT card on medium settings and getting avg 30 fps
